Paralegal

Fulcrum Law, a dynamic and fast-growing law firm, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced paralegal to join our team in Vancouver, BC. As an integral member of our firm, you will have the opportunity to work in a challenging and rewarding environment, supporting our lawyers and contributing to the success of the firm. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in paralegal work, with knowledge in areas such as business law and real estate law. Fluency in Farsi is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support to lawyers, including conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and preparing case files
• Assist in the preparation and organization of legal documents for court filings, hearings, and trials
• Communicate with clients, other legal professionals, and external parties to gather and exchange information
• Manage and maintain case files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation
• Collaborate closely with lawyers and other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks

Qualifications:

• Demonstrable experience as a paralegal, with knowledge of legal procedures and terminology
• Familiarity with business law and real estate law
• Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills
• Fluency in Farsi is an advantage
• Proficiency in utilizing digital resources and modern legal research tools, such as LexisNexis, Westlaw, and Clio
